What is Orthopaedic Massage:

The focus of orthopaedic massage is restoring function and structural balance throughout the body for both prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Orthopedic massage involves therapeutic assessment, manipulation, and movement of locomotor soft tissue to reduce pain and dysfunction.

What to Wear:

If possible, please bring comfortable clothing to enable proper assessment. Shorts and a vest/sports bra would be the most appropriate.
